- We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order type.
- Delivery times vary by destination, usually 3–7 business days after processing.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
3. Age Verification & Signature
- In accordance with the PACT Act, an adult signature (21+) may be required upon delivery.
- We may request additional age verification before shipment to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
4. Restricted States
Due to state regulations, we do not ship Delta 8 or Nicotine-related products to certain states. Please review our Legal Disclaimer page for the latest restricted shipping list. Orders placed from restricted states will be canceled and refunded.
5. Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or local restrictions.
6. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents. We’ll investigate and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
