At Fog Smoke & Vape, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver quality products with care. Because our items are consumable and regulated, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products (tobacco, vape, and hemp-related items), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been shipped, opened, or used.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).
- After review, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
3. Missing Orders or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or carrier issues. Once tracking shows the package as delivered, we cannot issue a refund.
4. Canceled Orders
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after confirmation.
